NILL added new content to 8 Indian Law Bulletins on 4/18

New Feature!
You can search all of the National Indian Law Library and Native American Rights Fund web pages using our new custom search engine. You also can do targeted searches of the Bulletins, ICWA Guide, full-text Tribal Codes, Tribal Supreme Court Project, etc., by using the custom search boxes found on each project's "home" page. 

* U.S. Supreme Court Bulletin
Petitions for certiorari were denied in LaBuff v. United States (Major Crimes Act) and Beaulieu v. Minnesota (state involuntary commitment)
