A petition for certiorari was filed in Salazar v. Ramah Navajo Chapter (tribal contractor costs, Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.) and in Corboy v. Louie (Hawaii Homes Commission Act). Petition for cert. was denied in Gila River Indian Community v. Lyon (United States as a necessary party).
